There was a fix for C2:
Firmware Version 5.02.10.0003
14177 Corrected an issue whereby users were unable to login via SSH
after repeatedly opening and closing SSH sessions.
We were affected by this bug and have upgraded our C2s to 5.02.10.0003

We are getting an increasing number of C3 switches refusing SSH
connections, despite having SSH enabled. Renabling SSH (set ssh disable;
set ssh enable) has no affect. This seems to be affected when using
Inventory Manager or doing it manually by TFTP transferring the config
and running the configure command. The only way that appears to work is
manually entering the config (even just cut and pasting the config);
which isn’t really an option as we currently have over 160 switch
locations, although, I have not tried enough times to validate this
statement. The same thing happens on the previous 3 firmware versions (I
have not tried any further back).
Has anyone else encountered such an issue?
