Looked to see what package owns that in F34.
$ rpm --nosignature --qf='%{SOURCERPM}\n' -qp
poppler-qt5-21.01.0-6.fc34.x86_64.rpm
poppler-21.01.0-6.fc34.src.rpm

I found that package in CRB poppler-qt5-21.01.0-12.el9.x86_64.rpm
/usr/lib64/libpoppler-qt5.so.1
/usr/lib64/libpoppler-qt5.so.1.27.0
