I will be updating the Miniconf timetable in the wiki tomorrow.
At this stage we have 3 or 4 speakers for the Miniconf.
I plan to fill the remaining time slots with various drop-in or
workshop style sessions: Q&A, how to do x, brainstorming,
demonstrations which will allow flexibility about what is actually
done and who does it. Therefore late volunteers can be more easily
accommodated ;)
