Even though the proper flag was apparently set during compilation (I checked that '+fork()' was present using :version), gvim does NOT fork anymore, and must be run in the background using '&'. However, an older version, 6.3, forked just fine.
This is happening on both a 10.4 on a powerbook and i386 desktop. Has anyone else noticed this? Any help would be much appreciated. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _______________________________________________ Fink-beginners mailing list Fink-beginners@lists.sourceforge.net http://news.gmane.org/gmane.os.apple.fink.beginners
