Hallo Franco, I had quite similar problem around 5th December 2017, try to search "lock denied" around that date.
In my case it helped to switch to SuperServer mode. (It required to change some SW to use the "TCP/IP" mode instead of the "file" access.) I remember that I promised that I would test the SuperClassic mode on our backup server but I havn't done it yet.
