Thank you to all who replied with tips and suggestions. A big "shout out" to Darren KE9NS who helped me find the glaring mistake on my end!! Sometimes it pays to double check the obvious!! Somehow, 8.1 disabled my VAC lines. A quick click of the mouse and all is well.
