As another data point, all GTK (and builder) discussions have moved to discourse, and I know the Docs teams are also willing to transition. GTK has seen much more activity on there than all GTK lists combined with mailman. In general, I would suggest that the foundation list moves over, unless there are actually any serious objections. Perhaps a discussion at GUADEC could also be had. If there's no objections, I'm happy to help manage the transition, with an aim of retiring this list by the end of October. Comments please!
