Unfortunately, no. In theory you could see it on https://bugs.freepascal.org/changelog_page.php (for the 3.2.1 version), but the "fix version" of most bug reports does not get updated when fixes are backported. I used to spend days on going through all merges and updating the merge revisions and fix versions when a release was nearing, but I no longer have time for that.
