/bin/sh is dynamically linked - if you've blown away the library you have a problem. You should be able to get in using /rescue/sh, which is statically linked, but to get the system back I think you're going to need more hands-on help than you can get here; either that or you're going to have to provide more detail about exactly what you were doing.
