Are you talking about unar or unrar-free? The latter doesn't even support current versions of the RAR format, these days it is not useful. The former supports current versions of the RAR format but the creators of the RAR format dispute that the unar author has done proper clean-room reverse engineering and that he may have included or looked at parts of their release but non-free source code. -- bye, pabs http://wiki.debian.org/PaulWise _______________________________________________ Fsf-collab-discuss mailing list Fsf-collab-discuss@lists.alioth.debian.org http://lists.alioth.debian.org/mailman/listinfo/fsf-collab-discuss
