Not sure. Virtualbox is removed from main, because the BIOS and VGA firmware could not be build from source with a DFSG-free compiler. Virtualbox uses the Open Watcom compiler because bcc is not maintained for years. The Open Watcom license is OSI-free, but not DFSG-free. https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=691148 https://lists.debian.org/debian-legal/2006/07/msg00014.html With regards, Paul van der Vlis. -- Paul van der Vlis Linux systeembeheer, Groningen http://www.vandervlis.nl _______________________________________________ Fsf-collab-discuss mailing list Fsf-collab-discuss@lists.alioth.debian.org http://lists.alioth.debian.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/fsf-collab-discuss
