That info (nor roughly different from:

) seems to me not silent and not reproducible to large scale (but, i
insist, could be my scarce perl knowledge).

I'm simply thinking of an installer (or, it is the same, a .zip file) that
contains all the stuff *and* the missing perl modules (if there's no
some path/PERLLIB trouble...)
