Thomas - I don't know whether this will work to improve voice control for games, but there is a new product out that speeds up voice recognition considerably. It is Utter Command by Redstart Systems. I've seen a demo and you can do a number of actions in a very short time using their speech interface software. Check it out at www.redstartsystems.com. Even if it won't work for gamers, it is something that can help people to function on computers better if they have problems using a keyboard.
