Well, I think because RVV intrinsic is tool huge (about 80K+).

I have tried best to reduce machine description as much as possible,
turns out it's still a problem....

As I remembered, LLVM first version of RVV Support also has compile and memory
issue in 2019. Then the next year, they have done some optimizations (I don't
what optimizations, may be some tablegen optimizations). The issue is gone....
