--- Comment #1 from Richard Biener <rguenth at gcc dot gnu.org> --- looks like a bug in GCC 9.x, note that's EOL and thus will receive no fixes. You can try to bisect where it was fixed since GCC 10.1 seems to work. There might be a duplicate fixed bugreport for this.
