The section is empty, and it has been so since its creation in 2018.
When I saw that section, I wasn't sure whether this was a technical error on
the web server (unlikely but still possible) or in the .texi processing.
Since the section has been missing since 2018, it may be better to remove it
completely. Or, alternatively, write down the most common consensus, to be
amended later.
