Hi, if you are in London this Saturday, you may enjoy taking part in
the first LGBT editathon in the UK.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:WikiProject_LGBT_studies/Editathons/Bishopsgate_Library,_London

The afternoon is being hosted at the historic Bishopsgate Library. The
library is known for hosting LGBT archives, including materials for
the UK Campaign for Homosexual Equality, a huge collection of early
LGBT literature, LGBT rights protest literature and materials, and Gay
News (later Gay Times) archives including original press photography.

You can come along to find out more about the LGBT archives, join us
in improving the content of Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons better to
represent women active in LGBT+ history and culture, or thrash out
plans and projects for the global Wikimedia LGBT+ user group.

The editathon is part of a global initiative by the Wikimedia LGBT+
User Group to increase the quality of knowledge for LGBT topics on
Wikimedia projects.
