I'm no fan of Amazon but hasn't this guy just used their Kindle self-publishing 
tool, https://kdp.amazon.com/signin?

This is the problem that I have with the whole notion of 'first amendment = 
trump card'. If he were British and self-published from a laptop within the UK 
then he would be arrested for hate speech, and that would be the end of him and 
his book(s).

petitioning Amazon to stop selling his “work” generates.
