I don't have one. But it is very easy to re-create. Just run the

while prove -rfv tests/basic/fops-sanity.t; do :; done
At least on my machine this failed in 5-10 minutes. Very consistent
failure :-)

Could you let us know when this can happen and post a patch which will
fix it? Please let us know who is going to fix it.
