This looks as if you are using Firefox 3. It has changed it's policy regarding self signed certificates (they are now untrusted by default, and you explicitly have to decide to trust them). You should be able to continue if you click on the link "add an exception", where you can then download the certificate, visually verify it and accept it. If you tick the option "Remember this decision" or something similar.
If it's not firefox 3, just ignore my suggestion.
