Geert didn't mention that he'd closed the bug as resolved:fixed 3 months ago, 
which makes the comment gratuitous and in my mind makes it likely indeed that 
the poster's primary intent was to promote the site.

We don't control BZ, so the most we could do about it would be to flag it to 
the Gnome bug team.
