Nope. That's completely irrelevant: GnuCash's IRC isn't on Libera. There's just a tombstone #gnucash channel there that cannot be joined.
GnuCash's IRC is at irc.gimp.net <http://irc.gimp.net/> #gnucash. There are people there with [m] on their nicks so it seems that Matrix is bridged if that's what you want to use.
