I don’t know diddley about MailMan configuration, but I have a procmail rule
that works perfectly, and has for many years:

* ^TO_gnucash-user@(lists\.)?gnucash\.org
.gnucash-user/

I use a similar rule for a number of mailing lists, driven by both MailMan and
Google Groups.
