Stephen, There is no need to install the libofx7specifically. If you install libofx-dev that should install the the appropriate version of the library for your ubuntu version (i.e. libofx4 on 14.04(Trusty), libofx6 on 16.04 (Xenial) and libofx7 on 18.04 (Bionic)
