To move one split of a transaction from one account to another if you edit the transaction in the register for the account of the split which is going to be unchanged. A all you have to do is change the account in the Account column. Delete the existing selected account and you should get a drop down list which will allow you to select the new account for the split. There is no bulk cut and paste type operation AFAIK.
