There is no 2 GB limit for EXT3 nor for EXT2.  Old applications, not
properly making use of the off_t type and related functions might give
that impression.  Any modern shell (for <,>, redirection) as well as
gpg are able to handle far larger files.

I have to commit that I did not try larger files on Windows for years
(lack of disk space) so here might indeed be a problem with that.  A
quick check however shows that GetFileSize is used correctly.
