Right, and everything you wrote below. I was just re-enforcing the strong suggestion that people not use it. Thing about some innocent average Joe (while I put big trust in Alice and Bob, I am not too confident in Joe) reading the archives, fetching the gpg beta (where necessary switching on expert mode) in an attempt to use ECC because it sounds cool to use.
