Start a new e-mail (rather than replying to one), and address it to <gnupg-users@gnupg.org>. That will start a new thread. Oh, I forgot this the previous time, but some mailing list members might appreciate it if you send a plain-text e-mail rather than one that has plain text as well as HTML content. If you don't know how to, I think it is acceptable to send them as you do now (not entirely sure about how strict that policy is).
