The commit is still at https://github.com/dtabuenc/karma-html-reporter/commit/51ba3f91a6f19ef383c676431aa7f8c3fa73dab3 so it *should* work fine.
Perhaps try yarn cache clean and rm -rf server/src/main/webapp/WEB-INF/rails/node_modules and try again? If that doesn't work, what's your Yarn version?
