The redirects aren't done by DNS; you need to point madeurl.com at
some server that will do a 302 redirect to www.madeurl.com.  Your
domain provider may or may not offer such a server (godaddy does for
free; register.com will offer to do it for free after you call to get
them to release your domain so you can switch it to someone who
doesn't want to rip you off for such a simple service).
