Several possibilites:
1) The missing mails had X-No-Archive: Yes headers. 2) They are still in queue to be filed. I just spent some massive amounts of CPU on datacompression, and we are operating on backlog. 3) The missing mails are pooled up at the secondary MX awaiting transfer to the primary system. 4) Something is wrong. I can't tell the answer without a copy of a suspect message with complete headers. Supply one and I'll check it out.
