Jaf, good timing on this question. We just fixed the info pages last night - they had not been updating since the latest hardware rollout. (still to fix: get the gmane cross-links and message charts working again - these will happen very soon, along with some new features)
As far as changing the mailing list information displayed there: it is all automatically parsed from the mail headers. If you'd like to change anything on there it is a matter of updating the headers that are sent out by your mailing list server (List-Id:, List-Subscribe:, List-Archive:, etc).
