List not working after changes

I recently took over the Qmailtoaster project and had to get everything 
moved to new servers in a very short period of time.
After a couple days of moving a user let me know that messages were not 
showing up on the archive. I removed the X-No-Archive header, but 
messages still do not seem to be showing up. Is there another step I 
need to perform? (yes, arch...@mail-archive is subscribed)
