PT. INAMCO VARIA JASA is looking for highly qualified Indonesian
professionals for the following positions :



JOB TITLE : RECRUITMENT OFFICER


THE ROLE :

Reporting to the Human Resources & Administration Manager, the job holder
will provide services in ensuring achievement of target in recruitment
employees in the company.



THE JOB:

·         Responsible in recruitment process start from getting the approved
requisition form from clients, sourcing the candidates, arranging and
conducting interviews, references check, handling correspondence with
candidates and updating the recruitment progress worksheet.

·         Conducting recruitment plan for upcoming projects through close
coordination with clients representative.

·         Producing weekly and monthly reports of recruitment activities and
ensure that candidates are recruited before set deadlines.

·         Establish and maintain networks with recruitment sources such
ex-employees, associations, schools and training providers, and other
sources.

·         Maintain the recruitment database and filing.





THE QUALIFICATIONS:

·         S1 degree from any educational background (technical background is
preferably)

·         3-5 years experience handling Recruitment, preferably within
mining, oil and gas industry, engineering and construction fields.

·         Age between 28 to 33 years old.

·         Proficiency in providing consultancy and management assistance
services to company clients.

·         Core Competencies : orientation towards high achievement,
analytical thinking, customer service, and team leadership.

·         Able to design job test and test methods suitable to the job.

·         Fluency in spoken and written English is a must

·         Willing to travel and work at client's site.

·         Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Microsoft Access and have
administration skills.

·         A team player who is also able to work independently, good
interpersonal skill, and target oriented.



JOB TITLE     : INTERVIEWER



THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Recruitment Officer, the job holder will provide services
in conducting interview for skilled trades and professional staff.



THE JOB :

  a.. Sourcing candidates and arranging for interview schedules.
  b.. Conducting interview and selection test to candidates.
  c.. Producing interview report and prepare shortlist of candidate.
  d.. To create and improve job test which suitable to job specification and
match with client requirements.


THE QUALIFICATIONS :

  a.. Minimum age 30  up to 50 years old.
  b.. Minimum D III engineering, preferably mechanical engineering.
  c.. Has previous experience in mining, oil and gas, engineering and
construction fields.
  d.. Experience more than 7-8 years of  both field and office positions.
  e.. Has previous experience as interviewer is an advantage.
  f.. Able to improve job test for any technical position.
  g.. Average in English both oral and written.
  h.. Willing to be assigned at Balikpapan or Banjarmasin.
  i.. Computer literate such as Ms. Word and Excel.
