This is a friendly reminder that preliminary proposals for Birds-of-a-Feather (BOF) sessions for the upcoming IETF 118 meeting are due by 8 September 2023.
If a proposal needs further work, the IESG and IAB will work with BOF proponents on revisions, but the initial proposal needs to be received by 8 September 2023. It is extremely helpful if a proposal is received as early as possible, to enable the IESG and IAB to engage with the proponents.
