The NomCom has received a number of nominations for ART AD and IETF Chair. We're please to announce that the following people have accepted nominations to these positions:
ART AD (two positions with one and two year terms) - Alexey Melnikov - Andy Newton - Donald Eastlake - Harald Alvestrand - Murray Kucherawy - Orie Steele IETF Chair - Alvaro Retana - Martin Vigoureux - Roman Danyliw The NomCom are seeking feedback on these nominees. Feedback remains open for nominees in all of the other open positions. If you have information that might help the NomCom choose the best possible person for these positions, please submit comments by either: - The web: https://datatracker.ietf.org/nomcom/2023/feedback/ - Email: nomcom-2...@ietf.org - In person: The NomCom will be operating office hours during IETF 118 (hours to be announced). Look for NomCom members (we will have an orange dot on our badges). - Anonymously/indirectly: We don't have an anonymous feedback system, but any member of the IETF community can submit feedback on behalf of another person. I am happy to do this for you and have asked that NomCom members also offer to accept anonymous feedback. The information the NomCom receives will be treated as confidential and will not be shared outside of the NomCom. Please get your feedback in as soon as possible. The NomCom currently plans to commence deliberations on 2023-11-10 (the last day of the IETF meeting). Feedback that we receive after commencing deliberations might not be seen. There is a chance that we might delay to allow more time for feedback, especially given the short feedback period, but that decision has not been taken.
