Hi, What OS do you have on that system other than the messed up Win7 installation?
You could try to reinstall win7 again. Or, if you have any full version of win or linux which was working before, you could also try to reinstall its bootloader (grub for linux, bootmgr/ntldr for windows). There are many step-by-step procedures available on the net.
