Not at all (Len said this, just finding a post to respond to).

MS SMTP does not recognize nfsmt.com as a local domain, and it doesn't
relay. That MS SMTP server, though it's called
prd-web2-nfs-mt.operations.nfsmt.com, will only accept local mail for
addresses @prd-web2-nfs-mt.production.nfs.com. This is likely because
prd-web2-nfs-mt.production.nfs.com is the Windows host name, and they
haven't changed any of the defaults except the SMTP greeting.

But the real problem is that your Imail box's DNS isn't returning the
MX for nfsfmt.com, which is mail.nfsfmt.com. It's failing over to the
A record for nfsfmt.com, which is not a backup MX--though it does have
MS SMTP running on port 25--thus it rejects your mail.

Fix your DNS settings/server.
