This issue was escalated this afternoon and we will take care of it - and likewise for anyone else who ran into this situation (inventory shortage). If they show they ordered a IMail Pro Service Agreement in November, we'll honor the $695 price and add the 3 month extension. The original 3 month SA extension ran until November 29, 2005 (the day IMail/ICS 2006 shipped) but it was cleaner/clearer to just extend through the full month of November. The product being "discontinued" refers to the IMail Professional SA. It has been replaced with IMail at the 5 user levels (25 up to UNL).
