Thsnks for the suggestion,
Not a loop back issue here. Our mail server and gateway are on the same
network outside the corporate firewall, and behind our internet firewall. I
have only had complaints about PDF files.
Our gateway throws this message
The message is malformed. and drops it.
Only happens when a PDF is attached. Also if the message make it through and
the PDF is opened they get a corruption error.
