I am going to start archiving a couple of internal listservs here and was wondering about the best way to capture the messages within Imail -- insert the archive mail address in the list group(s) or use a rule to copy any messages to list to the address? I'll probably pull on the mail box once a day to update the archive -- fairly low activity, but need the archive for documentation, people who claim they didn't get the messages, etc.
