If any of your Webmail users are getting any list or newsletter e-mail that is sent in plain text, the links are not clickable. I've been told that even when the text has the proper anchor tags, the links are just plain text.
I think this was a bit short sighted and should be fixed. I try to convince all my users to send in plain text whenever possible, now when they do their links don't work....
