Thanks … that was it … I had
the old style file format in that directory … once updated to the new
format it worked!

Config_CommonAddrbook.cgi in c:\Program Files\Ipswitch\Collaboration
Suite\WebDir\WebClient … but my web clients don’t see
it. Is this the wrong place?
