Alex, We installed the fixex SMTP dll on serveral servers. We didn't see any problems.

I installed the 8.22 SMTP hotfix on Thursday 10/22/2006 at about 10:15 PM and have been running it since then. A quick message count produced close to 100,000 messages since it was installed.
