Try creating the folder for them and deleting once more. It could be the web admin isn't smart enough to know to delete the user even though the folder doesn't exist.

In 8.x, admin users couldn't be deleted, and had to first be changed to non-admin. I've had that problem on 8.22 on occasion and deleting the user from the registry key for the domain seems to do it. It doesn't say what the error is, just that there is an error. (is there somewhere I can look to see what the error is?) When I browse to the user directory in Imail, there is no user folder for the user I'm trying to delete. However, my mail server is still accepting mail for this user. I tried recreating the user folder manually, then deleting thru user admin but that didn't work. Any suggestions? TIA, Sharyn
