Only thing that worked was a reboot. Thanks for everyone's help. Sharyn

Try to stop the queue manager, if that doesn't do it, recycle the IIS process. Not sure exactly what is corrupted but he is unable to receive mail, even in webmail. I am attempting to delete his account and recreate it. When I try to delete it, Im getting a message that says ERROR MESSAGE, permission denied. I am logged on as the administrator of the mail server. When I go to the user's folder, and try to delete his folder from there, it tells me Cannot delete main.mbx. Access is denied. The source file may be in use. Suggestions? I need to delete his whole account and recreate it. Thanks, Sharyn
