Hello, there is no build in Protection. Try to use ASSP in front of Imail. It will run on the same machine and has excelent anti-DOS methods (max Connections, Max connections from IP, max IPs in a timeframe per sending Domain, Pealty boxing for too many errors for IPs, Subnets ....) It's free!
