You DNS probably needs more checking than I did, but basic info seems to
indicate the problem is most likely at their end. Somehow the DNS info you
publish is not what they are using, or something else is 'misdirecting' the
name to IP resolution so that they do not connect to your server. The
troubleshooting needs to happen on their end. A simple log of the server
trying to deliver to your domain, would be enlightening!

Nope, that domain name does not 'seem' to exist (I just tried to get an IP
or other record without success). Can't help if I don't have usable info!
Maybe when you know one of the domains, you can include it.
