If not using NT accounts, then the basic process is to export the user info
from one email system, then import into the other. Getting all user info may
require tools to 'break' the users passwords (they are out there!!!), so
they can be exported. IMail has a command line utility, Adduser.exe, that
can get input from a file, and create user accounts.
