Gentlemen
Might I remind you that you are administrators. You should delegate
(and/or hire) Vinnie and Guido to handle such a distasteful task. Proper
utilization of man power and resources to include the delegation of task are
the key to proper management administration.
As an insight on Postmaster Direct, I seem to recall that they have a
double opt-in system and preface all of their mailings with statement to
that effect and instructions on how to unsubscribe. I suspect that the
spammer in question is flying a false flag in claiming to be from their
service.
